This Section of Native Grass has very good access, being right off Highway 88. This pasture benefits greatly from very good care. Historically, this pasture ran 70 head of 1st calf heifers and 2 bulls with plenty of grass to spare! The water is provided by an American West Windmill with a steel tower and 30’ steel tank. Grasses associated with this pasture include: Prairie Sandreed, Blue Grama, Needle & Thread, Bluestem, and Threadleaf Sedge (Blackroot).

The gathering corral is on the north end of the pasture near the highway. An Easement will be granted to the Buyer to access this corral for Livestock care.
